Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Proof Partners is looking for a super-talented Full Stack Engineer to join the small but elite team. You’ll work directly with your sponsor partner and top-tier end clients to do some of the best work of your career. This isn’t for the faint of heart. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in Java and JavaScript. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities: An ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise way Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using Java, C# or Go and JavaScript/TypeScript technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Implement front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Vue, React or HTMX. Design and develop custom APIs and backend services to support web applications. Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with external systems and databases. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for code quality and maintainability. Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform testing, and ensure proper functionality across different browsers and devices. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our development processes and capabilities.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role Experience in Java for backend development, including Spring Boot framework. Proficiency in JavaScript for front-end development, with experience using modern frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or React Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design principles Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of backend languages beyond the JVM ecosystem, like Go or C#. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for automation and infrastructure management. Understanding of software security principles and best practices.
